Vendor Surveys

Similar to our pre-purchase building survey, our vendor’s survey service is a close inspection of the structure and condition of the building and also a general inspection of the services, the only difference is we are commissioned by the vendor (seller of the property) rather than a potential purchaser. 

Defects highlighted in surveyors’ reports can often delay the sales process and in some cases result in a potential purchaser negotiating on the purchase price or the sale collapsing completely.  The purpose of a vendor’s survey report is to highlight defects or issues with the property that the vendor may not be aware exist, helping to forewarn the vendor so these matters can be addressed before going to market.  The vendor can then have piece of mind that any potential purchaser’s surveyor will not find defects or issues that could delay the sales process.
