Minor building defects can in some cases develop into serious issues causing significant disruption and requiring expensive repair works.  Early intervention with building defects is key to reducing disruption and spiralling repair costs.

Our service includes a focused survey of the defect concerned and a report outlining the cause of the defect, specification of the appropriate remedial works to prevent further/associated damage to the property and an estimate of costs for the works.   

Where appropriate we can also prepare tender documentation and project manage the works onsite to ensure the repair works are executed in accordance with appropriate standards.
