Spectra Building Surveying was established by Chartered Surveyor Gavin Mc Carron. Gavin has over 10 years experience in the property and construction industry having worked for leading building surveying firms in London, Dublin and Belfast. He is member of both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, and is also a Registered Building Surveyor under the Building Control Act 2007.

Our expertise at Spectra Building Surveying covers a wide range of property types across all sectors. In addition to the residential sector, we also provide services to clients in retail, hospitality and industrial sectors in Dublin and surrounding areas.

Along with our traditional building surveying services we also specialise in providing Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier services as required under The Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
