Snag Lists

If you are purchasing a new build home or are currently having building works carried out at your existing property, it is recommended to get a snag list prepared prior to completion of the purchase or works.  While most builders will offer their own snag list services it is recommended that an independent surveyor inspects the works to ensure an impartial report is prepared.   

Our snag list service includes a detailed inspection and report identifying defects and incomplete works that need to be addressed by the builder prior to completion.  Where instructed we can liaise with your builder and carry out a follow up inspection to ensure all snags have been addressed accordingly.
